작업내용:

  • isTooCloseToOtherModules 헬퍼 이식 (useModule.js [2296-2] 이동 수정과 동일 로직, getBoundingRect strokeWidth 팽창 주의 준수)
  • 수동배치 게이트: 외주이격(setupSurface)+겹침 통과 후 縦/横 모듈 간 이격 미달 시 배치 거부 (module.place.out)
  • 진단 로그([MODULE-PLACE-DIAG 2026-07-01]) 주석처리
