개요

  1. 문의 생성
    1.1 필수값 검증 로직 구현
    1.2 파일 첨부기능 구현
    1.3 문의 유형 구분 코드 값에 따라 하위 유형이 다르게 나오도록 구현
  2. 문의 조회
    2.1 문의 제목 / 답변 유무 필터링 구현
    2.2 동일 판매점ID에서 작성한 문의만 조회 가능

비고

  • Q.CAST 1:1문의 v1.7 적용하여 구현하였습니다.
  • 파일 다운로드 요청 시 세션값이 필요하다는 alert창과 Q.cell의 로그인 화면 html이 반환되는 오류가 있습니다.
  • builder의 경우 판매점ID가 같은 문의를 조회 할 수 있습니다.
  • partners의 경우 session에 저장된 판매점ID가 문의 등록 시 저장됩니다.
  • 문의 조회 시 Q.CAST의 DB에서 판매점ID를 조인해서 조회하는 것 같습니다.
    Q.CAST에 저장되지 않은 판매점ID로 문의 등록 할 경우 조회 페이지에 나오지 않습니다.
